Privacy at Bridgeward

Last updated 28 August 2026

Bridgeward is a small web services business based in Pickering, Ontario, Canada, working with Canadian businesses. "Bridgeward" is a registered business name of 2762351 Ontario Inc. This page explains what information this website collects, why, and how to reach us with questions. It covers the site at bridgeward.ca and nothing else.

The contact form

If you fill in the enquiry form, you choose what to send us. That typically includes your name, email address, your business or organization and its website, and whatever you write in the message. We use it to read your enquiry and reply. We don't add you to a mailing list.

The form is handled by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which passes your submission to us by email. Your information goes through Web3Forms only so that the form works. We keep the resulting emails for as long as we reasonably need them to deal with your enquiry and keep our own records.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-KZVEY54WJ1) to understand how the site is used. It loads with the page.

Google Analytics may collect information such as the pages you visit, how you interact with them, an approximate geographic area derived from your IP address (not a precise location), your browser and device type, and session information like when you visited and which site referred you. It may use cookies or similar technologies stored by your browser. This information is processed by Google.

We look at this data in aggregate to see which pages are useful, where people get stuck, and how visitors find us, so we can improve the website and the services we offer. We are not trying to identify individual visitors, and we do not sell personal information.

If you want to limit this, your browser's settings and Google's own tools — such as the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on — let you control or block analytics collection.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies. The cookies that may be set are Google Analytics cookies, used for the measurement described above.

Other services this site relies on

The site's fonts are served by Google Fonts, so your browser requests those font files from Google directly when a page loads. Our website hosting provider processes the normal technical information involved in serving a web page, such as your IP address, as part of delivering the site to you.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. Contact-form information is shared only with the service that delivers the form (Web3Forms) and is used only to reply to you. Analytics information is processed by Google as part of providing Google Analytics.

Changes to this page

If the site changes in a way that affects this policy, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
